The Mansfield Township Board of Education, located in Warren County, NJ, offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to serve as the Superintendent for our K-6 school district. The Mansfield Township School District consists of one building, serves approximately 630 students, and has an annual operating budget in excess of $10.5 million.
The superintendent position offers an individual the opportunity to excel in an outstanding community. The ability to lead, motivate, and inspire our school and community is a must. Effective start date is September 1, 2018.
* New Jersey School Administrator Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility
* Minimum of 3 years experience as a Superintendent, Principal, and/or Central Office administration preferred
* Proven ability to enhance student performance
* Effective leadership skills: visible and accessible with a strong community presence, ability to make tough decisions and take public responsibility for them, ability to delegate when appropriate, ability to inspire and motivate staff leadership roles, and fiscally responsible for project completion
