School Violence Awareness Week
Tuesday, October 17th:
During the start of our second day of School Violence Awareness Week, I would like to talk about “Being a Good Sport.” Being a good sport means knowing and following the rules and playing fair. When you are a good sport, you play hard and play to win, but you know winning isn’t everything. You are kind to your opponents whether you win or lose. Being a good sport is a way of showing respect for others and the game. Thank you for listening to this important School Violence Awareness Week announcement.
Wednesday, October 18th:
Good morning Mansfield School. During the start of our third day of School Violence Awareness Week, I would like to talk about “Peacefulness.” Peacefulness means working to avoid violence and resolve conflicts. If you are a peaceful person, you value peace. When conflicts arise between people, you try to solve them in ways that hurt no one. Thank you for listening to this important School Violence Awareness Week announcement.
